Booking terms

  • Minimum 10 guests, booked at least 48 hours before the event.
  • A 50% deposit paid now confirms your booking. The balance is paid at or before the event.
  • Guest numbers lock 72 hours before the event. After that you pay for the confirmed number of guests, even if fewer arrive. You can still add guests, but not remove them.
  • Cancel 72+ hours before the event and we refund your deposit. Cancellations after that lose the deposit.
  • For off-site events, our team will quote a transport/setup fee after reviewing your booking.
